Due to best Quality and Excellent Structure the Nigam firstly constructed successfully the second multistoried building of state “9 storied Vikas Bhawan Secretariat at Lucknow” Secretariat Annexe (Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri Bhawan), Kishan Mandi Bhawan, Picup Bhawan , Bapu Bhawan, Old Councellers Residence , Indira Gandhi Observatory, Lok Seva Ayog Parichaiy Bhawan Etc. are excellent signatures of RNN on the sky line of Lucknow.

The construction work to the extent of Rs 3850 crore were got executed by Nigam as till now. The record construction value Rs 358 crore were got executes in 2003-04. Presently Nigam is constructing Roads to the extent of Rs 280 crore approximately. At present the value of the order book of Nigam is Rs 1000 crore. Against a targeted turnover of Rs 350 crore a remarkable achievement will respect to turnover was recorded at Rs. 505 crore. |

The construction of 131 Km Road rs 26 crore was completed by Nigam within the stipulated time under Sodic Plan in the year 2002-03 and 2003-04. During financial year 2004-05 the 93 Kms Road was completed. During the financial year 2003-04 construction work of 136 Km Road valuing Rs 22 crore approx were got executed. |
